How long does it take to ship your products?

Orders are shipped the same day for all orders placed before 12:00 pm.

Do you offer environmentally friendly solutions?

Yes, we do! All our deliveries to Germany are certified 100% carbon neutral by our partner GLS Group. This service will soon be available for Australia.

What is the delivery time?

Our current delivery time for Australia is 7-10 working days.

We are currently working to offer a 24 hour, 100% green delivery service for all of Australia.

Please note that our shipping warehouses do not operate on Saturdays and Sundays.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Germany.

Do you offer tracking information?

Yes, you will automatically receive all information about the status of your order by email and/or SMS.

I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

Don't panic!

If you have received a defective product, we will send you another one without any financial compensation from you.
