- The order number

- The name of the product

- The description of the problem

- One or more clear photos of the damaged item


Would you like a refund?
We remind you that you have a satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option to request a refund.
However, the customer must pay the cost of the return. The product must not have been used or removed from its original packaging.
Otherwise, we may decide to deny you a refund or send you a partial refund.

After shipping your returned package, we ask that you send proof of shipment to us so that we can wait for the package and verify the condition of the product. We will then send you a refund within 14 days of your request. Please wait one week to see the money in your bank account. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will show up on the day the transfer was made directly to your PayPal account. Please note that discounted or unpackaged products are not returnable or exchangeable.

What if the deadline has been exceeded?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items after the appropriate return deadline.
